Living by the motto "everything is possible", I accomplished several goals so far in life. Putting myself through college, holding 2 jobs I maintained at the same time a GPA of 3.8. I graduated in photography and a minor in dance, traveling thereafter behind the camera as a photographer for 5 years across the country, specialized in Children and Family Photography.

My dance degree opened many doors. I joined the well renowned Alvin Ailey Dance company and was accepted to a Moro Orlandis dance company where I received the opportunity to work for the "Lion King" Musical as well as several Disney Shows. My childhood goal of being a Los Angeles Laker Girl came almost true in 2001, but an injury after the audition changed that. Not giving up, I decided to go a different route going back to school accepted by FIDM where I received my degree in Interior Design.

In the meantime my responsibilities have completely changed. In 2002 I became a mom to a 5 year old girl. My stepdaughter Vivienne is now a beautiful 11 year old that keeps me literally on my toes. In 2003 I gave also birth to my son Markus, which was the best thing that ever happened to me! The sleepless nights, the around the clock responsibilities and also the 40 pound weight gain were very tough but I knew I can balance and succeed. Ever since I'm a full time mommy, I'm completely devoted to pass on the importance of family values under which I was raised myself. There is NOTHING more important in life then family!

Don't get me wrong, it is definitely difficult and challenging to crawl out of bed at 5AM to get in some cardio, then prepare the kids for school and then in between all the mommy and business duties to find the time to squeeze in a workout but at the end of the day it is all worth it - and I would not change it for the world.

I still continued also my little hobby as a model, this time in front of the camera - such as car-shows, store-events, trade-shows and bikini-contests as well as I am featured in several advertising campaigns, magazines and catalogs.

Living a healthy and fit lifestyle is extremely important to me! It translates for me into a higher level of energy, happiness and overall well-being. It is my goal to educate people about the importance of nutrition.

Even our kids are already growing up with the knowledge about fitness and the awareness of proper diet and nutrition. Our family activities always include an active, fun and healthy lifestyle - or I simply implement actually my children in my workout routines!

And not like all that would keep me already busy enough recently I turned my passion and interest for nutrition into a business by getting my certification as a sports nutritionist. I'm now officially available for training/nutritional consultations.

Randy Couture has always been a huge inspiration and idol to me - as an athlete and as a person. I was super excited when I got my one year contract in 2006 as the official Couture Nutrition Model.

Many times I get asked "How do you do it all?" Preparing weekly meals, time management and believing in myself are the keys for me.

I eat 5-6 nutritionally balanced meals daily with one cheating day per week. My workouts include cardiovascular training 3-4 days (first thing in the morning on an empty stomach), weight training 3 days and I try to join 2 yoga or dance classes per week.
